Eligibility

• Belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category

• Have passed Class 12 examination with a minimum of 60% marks

• Have secured admission to a recognized college or university in India to pursue a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate degree

• Have an annual income of less than INR 8,00,000 from all sources

Benefits

A full tuition fee and non-refundable charges of INR 2,00,000 per annum per student for private sector institutions and INR 3,72,000 per annum per student for the private sector flying clubs for commercial pilot training and type rating courses.

Scholars will receive a monthly stipend of INR 86,000 in the first year and INR 41,000 in every subsequent year to help cover their living expenses, such as food, rent, and transportation; the cost of books and stationery; and the purchase of a computer/laptop and other accessories.
