Eligibility

To be eligible, an applicant must :-

• A female domiciled in Maharashtra

• Belongs to a marginalised community/low-income group

Scholarship Category A (Academic Research Project)

• Be a final-year graduate student pursuing a B.Sc./B.Tech./B. E./B. Pharm. or equivalent degree OR

• Be a final-year graduate student pursuing an M. Sc./M. Tech./M. E./M.Pharm. or equivalent degree

Scholarship Category B (Entrepreneurship)

• Be pursuing full-time entrepreneurship within one year of completing a graduate/postgraduate degree

• Be a Ph.D. degree student in the first or second year, where the research is associated with product or prototype development.

Documents

• Entrepreneurship project proposal/research project in the prescribed format

• Class 12 marksheet and certificates

• Marksheet of the last appeared undergraduate/postgraduate examination (as applicable)

• Income group proof (non-creamy layer certificate/income certificate, if applicable)

• Details of a bank account with KYC completed

Note:-

Benefits

• Women pursuing undergraduate degrees: A monthly scholarship of up to ₹10,000 for 3 months

• Women pursuing postgraduate degrees: A monthly scholarship of up to ₹15,000 for 6 months

• Early-stage women entrepreneurs: A monthly scholarship of up to ₹15,000 for 6 months and a prototyping grant of up to ₹2,00,000

• Free interactive sessions with women leaders in chemistry, applied sciences and entrepreneurship once a month.
