• Mark sheet of class 12th

• JEE scorecard or university entrance exam scorecard (whichever applicable)

• Fee structure, including hostel and tuition fee

• Income certificate issued by a government authority/copy of income tax returns of parents

• Affidavit confirming income if parents are self-employed

• Bank account details (account number, IFSC, branch address) and bank statement of the applicant and parent

• Bank account details of the institution (account name, account number, IFSC, branch address)

• Recent passport-sized photograph

• Documents related to extracurricular activities, achievements, part-time jobs, projects, innovations, etc.

• Expense receipts/rent agreement (if staying in PG/rented accommodation), if applicable

• Statement of Purpose (SOP) from the applicant

Benefits

• Scholarship are for the full duration of the UG courses including integrated courses for up to 5 years (subject to meeting the renewal criteria).

• Scholarship covers 100% of college fees as per the course fee structure of the respective institute.

• The hostel and mess fees shall be given to eligible students who apply for it.

• For students staying in PG/outside hostel (as the charges may vary for each student), the funds would be released as per the hostel/mess charges of the institute.

• A provision of laptop for all Bharti Scholars (responsibility for the safety/security will be with the student. No replacements will be provided).

• Bharti Scholars will be encouraged to support at least 1 student on a continuous basis, voluntarily, once they graduate & are subsequently gainfully employed.

NOTE:

• The amount for the outside stay should not exceed the hostel fees charged by the same college/institute.
